Blame it on Donna Pickens, art teacher extraordinaire. I signed up for one of her classes some years back to break myself of compulsive doodling and she set me free to doodle with abandon! I apply color and design to canvas (for walls and floors), window boxes, mailboxes, greeting cards and odd-shaped pieces of wood to adorn lawns and out-of-the way places. Markers, acrylics, crayons and ink. I create for fun, for family, for anyone who wants something colorful to brighten up their lives. Call me a primitive artists, untrained artists, naïve artists…just call me when you want to add some quirkiness and vibrancy to your life!
